Management consultants assigned to a technology client often needed to learn about the industry very quickly. I wrote a 400-page CD-ROM that provided an in-depth analysis of seven core industry segments, including semiconductors, software, and computer manufacturers.

Bristol-Myers Squibb

The Bristol-Myers Squibb sales force was tired of being given three-ring binders filled with voluminous market information. I wrote five easy-to-read articles and developed a magazine format for the content that was attractive and, more importantly, well received.
